A happy name for a happy flower. Her crisp, red colour gets extra shine because of the little bit of shining white coming from the heart of the flower.
Like all double Amaryllises with Nymph in the name, she is grown by Amaryllis grower and hybridizer Ton Peter van Nieuwkerk. They all have the same good qualities as a house plant and yet they are all different.
Happy Nymph is one of the most striking Nymphs: with her jovial red colour she really puts a smile on my face.
