Finola

Just beautiful, drop dead beautiful. Almost every year I am in the pleasant circumstances that I may accompany somebody who, for the first time, is going to see the bulbs fields in full bloom. It is very nice to see what an impact these enormous numbers of Tulips in full bloom have on those who see it for the first time. Some people really get emotional, you can hear the tears on their vocal cords when they say WOW.

For me fields in full bloom are a kind of ordinary, I have seen these oceans of colour my whole life and for me they do not bring up any emotion. Till that one time I ended up in a field with Finola in full bloom. Wow, that was beautiful, very beautiful, a lot of very very beautiful. For the first time I felt the emotion that the people experience seeing these oceans of colour. I sincerely hope that whenever you visit the bulb field in North Holland you will run into a field of Finola in full bloom. But, Finola is so nice that you for sure will also enjoy a tuft in your garden.
